This week we celebrate the latest superstar to walk the Above and Beyond Award red carpet, Sharon Dawe!
Today, Sharon was presented with an Above and Beyond Award by Michelle Latailakepa, Chief Executive Officer.
Sharon was nominated for her teamwork, going the extra mile, infectious positive attitude, creativity and innovation, performance excellence, commitment and flexibility.
Sharon has been recognised for always being uplifting and helpful to staff; for taking on extra responsibilities and shifts; and for brainstorming new and innovative ideas to improve the SIL she works in, in order to best support the participants.
This has been recognised as extending Rural Lifestyle Options Australia’s mission of “Supporting a life of choice”.
