At Rural Lifestyle Options Australia, we like to celebrate the contribution of staff who have been with us on this journey for a long period of time. ✨

Today we are celebrating the achievements of Annett Reeves (Manager Finance and Administration), who was presented with a 5 Years of Service Award by Michelle Latailakepa, Chief Executive Officer.

In recognition of Annett’s commitment and loyalty to the organisation, Annett received an award acknowledging this milestone, a personalised letter from the CEO and a $50 RLOA Gift Card which can be used at a variety of major retailers.

On Saturday, Rural Lifestyle Options Australia held a stall at the Autism Acceptance and Flood Recovery Event organised by Autism Camp Australia at the Lismore Quadrangle. 💙 Held in the middle of a region in recovery, the event which supported Autistic families affected by the recent weather event, was a great success for the community. Turning Lismore back into a place of joy filled with workshops, performances and goodies for all in attendance. 🎈 Pictured here is Lisa Rea (NDIS Intake Officer) with Micheal Lynch, a member of the Lismore City Council Access and Inclusion Advisory Group and passionate Autism Advocate with lived experience.

Rural Lifestyle Options Australia acknowledges that Anzac Day goes beyond the anniversary of the landing on Gallipoli in 1915. It is the day on which we remember all Australians who served and died in war and on operational service.

The spirit of Anzac, with its qualities of courage, mateship, and sacrifice, continues to have meaning and relevance for our sense of national identity. We are fortunate to remember the fallen and those serving our nation for Anzac Day. May we continue to reflect on the bravery and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans.

Having fought for peace, may you rest in peace.

Lest we forget. ❤️
